Day 38. Sleep

Getting your full 8hrs are a must - for anyone.
It helps you function and its when your body rejuvenates itself!

It will also give you time to roll around in those Egyptian cotton sheets and appreciate late lay-ins.

Give your brain a rest - it needs time to come up with the latest outfit combination too.
